Use of Services
You may use ClientAscend websites, software, automations, and services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements, campaign rules, consent requirements, communication laws, and platform policies.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permission basis, and compliance status of data, offers, scripts, lists, and campaign instructions they provide to ClientAscend. You must not use the services for deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized outreach.
Software and AI Outputs
AI-assisted outputs may require review before business reliance. ClientAscend may improve, update, suspend, or modify platform features as products evolve. We do not guarantee that any output will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every regulated use case.
Leads, Campaigns, and Performance
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, projections, benchmarks, conversion estimates, lead quality estimates, and revenue forecasts are not guarantees. Results vary based on market, offer, compliance posture, follow-up speed, data quality, and sales execution.
Intellectual Property
ClientAscend retains ownership of its platform, systems, designs, workflows, software, documentation, and brand assets. Customers retain ownership of their underlying business data, subject to rights needed for ClientAscend to provide services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientAscend is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Any liability is limited by the applicable agreement or amount paid for the relevant service period.
